Ordered a new SSD and it didn't come with the small screw so I took it here and got the screw and SSD installed for free and a small packet of thermal paste. Employee was quick, professional and courteous. Would highly recommend. Left the guy a tip and got to pet that sweet old doggie that was there.

This shop does AWESOME work, I would recommend them to anyone that would want an Excellent gaming system. My son received a gaming system for Christmas that ROB built and sent to our home. My son and I were totally impressed with all the work and hard effort that went into the tower, not to mention the graphics, the lights, the gigabytes, memory, and endless professional work it took to make sure that my son will not need to UPGRADE for quite some time. Great Job!!

My computer was hacked/scammed to an unbelievable extent by a foreign group last fall. Once I realized it, I shut my computer down, cancelled credit cards and changed all my passwords as advised by the Tech Shop folks. I dropped my computer off to them for two days. They wiped my computer, reinstalled my software and hardware, and sold me an exterior portable storage device all for a very reasonable price. They notified me when it was ready for pickup. The service was quick, thorough and quite friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’ve dealt with the tech shop for a few years and I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve had with them. When they say what time I’ll have my computer back is exact and no delays I would recommend them to all. Thank you Mike

I've had opportunity to have multiple desktop and laptop service done by the Tech Shop in Marion Ohio and each experience has been a positive one. Rob and his team do a fabulous job of ethical work at a reasonable price. While nobody wants computer problems, I'm comforted in knowing somebody local can help me resolve my problems. Top shelf quality build. Better than any box brand you can buy. I didn’t have all the install crap you normally get with a box store pc. Rob listened to what I wanted to do with pc and built it accordingly. I would definitely do business again. Pc is running faster than any I have had. I am very happy. Keep your money local with someone trustworthy like rob.

They did an amazing job repairing my 2021 MSI laptop. They did make a mistake and damage the motherboard while soldering the replacement charging port, but they rectified the mistake by replacing the motherboard at no cost to me. My laptop works better than it did when I first bought it. Will be returning in the future!
